Something that surely happens to you every day: the alarm clock rings, and you don’t have a minute to lose so you choose the look of the day, have a delicious breakfast, and think about how to put on makeup in less than 10 minutes. You do not have time! Achieving perfect make-up in so little that it also lasts intact all day? Yes, dear friend, it is possible and also very easy to achieve. Saving time in the morning and looking perfect is possible!
Tips to put on makeup every morning in less than 10 minutes
Let’s see first of all some super simple and very basic indications that will be the starting point:
- Get quality makes up in which the colors are consistent with your skin type and by this, we mean that it should be the closest thing to your skin tone. Do a test on the neck, if it is diluted and not noticeable, it is the chosen one.
- That the makeup base is liquid and the compact sealing powders.
- A nude or pale pink lipstick for weekdays. All ready for the weekend you can bet on lipsticks of vibrant color.
- Also have a shadow palette on hand; it will be with it that you will make the upper line of the eye.
- Let’s start! Set the timer and follow these steps, you will see that in less than 10 minutes you are ready.
Step 1: Foundation and moisturizer to cover the face (1 min)
We continue where we left off, you are in front of the mirror so what you have to do now (and do it every morning and every night so that the pores of the skin can breathe) is to wash your face with water and, for example, a mouse of soap soft. Next, you are going to prepare the face on which you will apply the rest of the makeup. Put a little of the liquid foundation on your hand (you will spread the makeup with your fingers) and mix with a pinch of your usual moisturizing facial cream. Have you seen that you are joining the make-up base step with the moisturizer? And you will also make it juicy and beautiful! By the way, this wonderful trick of mixing cream with makeup and spreading it all over the face with your fingers is the idea of David Frances (you can see it in more detail in the video below).
Step 2: Draw the line of the eye with a wide brush (2 min)
Continuing with the tips that David Frances gave us, the next step is to take a wide brush to draw the line of the eye. Because? Well, because we are looking for something natural and fast that also covers half of the eyelid so that it is visible. We select a dark color in our eye shadow palette, burgundy is not even painted, and we apply it without fear on the eyelid. You will see that your eye will go up immediately and you will have a good face. Make sure that the line ends a little upwards; you can help yourself with your fingers to blend it and make it even more natural if possible.
Step 3: Dark circles concealer and highlighter, don’t miss it! (3 min)
It’s time to cover those hateful dark circles. To do this, you have to put a little of your concealer, turning orange (it is the one that best covers the dark circles), only in the half of the dark circle that is glued to the nose, never in the other part and never in the bags, this alone it would make them more accentuated. Once you have the concealer ready, apply the highlighter only and exclusively on these points: fixed eyelid, tear duct, dark circle, and rictus. You extend with small touches and you can now move on to the next step.
Step 4: Mascara, blush, and lipstick (3 min)
The 10 minutes we had to put on makeup before going to work are almost over, so it’s time to put the mascara well attached to the base of the eyelash, a little blush drawing a cross on the cheekbone, and nude or light pink lipstick.
That’s it, you can walk out the door prepared to dazzle with your perfect makeup in less than 10 minutes and in the most natural way. Just in time!
