You should know that there are simpler versions: for example, dress in black, add a bright yellow garment and you will not need anything else. Of course, this costume will not be complete if you do not accompany it with the corresponding makeup.

Put on the fake bald head

To put it on well you will have to follow the instructions, but if you see that it is not completely fixed, apply a little hot air with the hair dryer.
Cleanse the face and prepare the white base

As it is about being scary, the lines that you make both on the nose and on the lips should not be pretty or precise, on the contrary, put a good amount of red on the nose and spread it so that it is uneven.

Now we are going to draw the lines in red that the It clown has and that cross from the mouth to the eyes vertically. Extend what you have put on your lips so that it is a straight line (that follows the shape of your cheeks) and that it ends above the eye. It should not be very thin but not very thick either and if you give it a certain touch of mystery, all the better.
You draw the eyebrows
